orbital riveting machine
The orbital riveting machine, thanks to a particular movement with a variable oscillation and without rotation, allows the processing pins and rivets, filled or perforated, without deforming the lower part of the stem and minimizing the stress of the material during the deformation.
The absence of rotation allows a lower wear of the tool and also to perform riveting not exclusively circular as a square rivet head or to perform simultaneously the making of logo.
Our riveting machines can be provided with a fixed orbital movement or with a cycloidal one. The different movements give optimal performances in different applications.
With our cycloidal orbital movement riveting machines you can:
- get heads with various final shapes from flat to cambered, from flared to cylindrical
- deform the final part of small tubes with edges towards the inside or towards the outside
- replace some processes such as welding and assembly of screws and nuts
- work perfectly pins and hinges
All models are equipped with stroke micrometer adjustment (end stroke) and they can be provided in the following versions:
Full version:
- base with two-hand control of simultaneity and with protections
- vertical post for the light adjusting
- regulator- lubricator filter
- electronic control panel with decimal work time programming, warning anticipated release buttons, digital manometer with allarm for pressure, stroke counter function.

Unit version:
